Following meetings with members at both St Luke’s and St Vincent’s, ANMF met with Calvary Health Care Tasmania (CHCT) North management on Wednesday 26 September for the Workload Management Consultative Committee meeting.

At this meeting CHCT have agree to present regular reports on each areas Hours per Patient Day (HpPD) data. This data will be reviewed on a three-monthly basis. ANMF will work with members to collect independent data on workload issues to present at these meetings.

ANMF is in the process of developing an ‘Excessive Workload/Short Staff Form’ and will present this to members shortly for consideration and consultation.

The next Workload Management Consultative Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday 28 November.
