Vale: Jenni Young, Nurse Unit Manager for Cardiology Ward (2DC)
We were saddened to hear the news of Jenni Young’s recent passing. Jenni was a long-standing member and strong supporter of the ANMF.  Many ANMF staff even worked under, or with, Jenni at some point in their nursing career. Jenni worked exceptionally hard for the Cardiology Ward, for the patients and the staff. She was not afraid to speak up when she recognised the need and she will be sadly missed by many. From all of us at the ANMF we wish to extend our heart felt condolences to Jenni’s family and everyone at the Royal Hobart Hospital touched by her passing.

Paediatrics Services
The ANMF will be conducting a member meeting on the Paediatric Unit of the Royal Hobart Hospital on 17 July 2019 at 2.30pm in the Unit’s Meeting Room. All members are welcome to attend. We will be discussing latest developments in the ANMF’s public sector nurses and midwives enterprise agreement negotiations alongside any other new or ongoing matters pertaining to Paediatrics.
