ANMF Workplace Representative Back to Basics Training – North / North West

The best place for new Reps to commence their training, or for those who are considering taking on a rep role or want to be an ANMF contact in the workplace.

By the end of the day, you will gain:

  • An understanding of the foundations of the ANMF and what it means to be a Rep
  • The knowledge required to resolve low level issues in your workplace
  • Long lasting networks with ANMF staff and fellow Workplace Representatives in your area
  • Empowerment, confidence and ownership within your position as a leader advocating for your colleagues
