The ANMF held a members meeting with our members working at the Launceston General Hospital (LGH) ward 4D regarding the outcome from the Tasmanian Industrial Commission (TIC) on 25 September 2018.

The ANMF will continue to work with Tasmanian Health Service (THS) management to ensure the process for the flexing from 24 to 29 beds is maintaining safe staffing.

The ANMF will again attend a bed meeting on Thursday 4 October, if members have any issues with the current arrangement for the flexing of beds then we encourage them to contact their local organiser Phoebe Mansell.
