Medea Park General Staff
The General Staff agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commissioner, with undertakings to address concerns around wages and other entitlements.
The ANMF has continued to press your employer to finalise all outstanding matters pertaining to the Nurses agreement including Medea Park’s stance on your claim of handovers be paid to all clinical staff who do handovers and not just the RN on duty. The ANMF has received correspondence which, alarmingly, indicates your employer is wanting to discuss classifications as well as wages. A date for the next bargaining meeting has yet to be scheduled. Regis Aged Care Norwood
The ANMF has written to the facility manager outlining your workload concerns, unfortunately Regis does not agree with your concerns and have dismissed the request for 2 short shifts. Members insist the workloads are unmanageable therefore, The ANMF is asking members to complete a survey to capture real time data. It is vital all members complete the survey for every shift you are short staffed. If you have any questions, please email your Organiser, Nicki Hood at Nicki.Hood@anmftas.org.au or your Workplace Delegate. View the latest update
Aged Care Deloraine
The ANMF has been provided clarity on some issues within the draft agreement, with Aged Care Deloraine agreeing the wage increases are outside of any Fair Work Value Case, and the increase will be 3% or the Annual wage review whichever is greater. The ANMF is hopeful the agreement will be provided to members so you can cast your vote on the offer in full. Once the ANMF has been provided the details we will inform our members.
Eskleigh Foundation

Meercroft
The ANMF has met with all bargaining parties to progress the outstanding Enterprise Agreement (EA). Parties acknowledge the lengthy pause in proceedings, which were outside of anyone’s control, but accept this has negatively impacted the wages of all staff. Meercroft will undertake a significant payroll audit to determine the correct wage due to each staff member, while the ANMF will draft a table of outstanding Log of Claims (LoC) items to assist with finalising the agreement. The ANMF will keep members up to date with progress on the agreement.
