Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) Department of Psychiatry (DoP) management failed to deliver an acceptable response to the Step 2 Workload grievance.

Management have declined to acknowledge a staff deficit. This deficit is unreasonable and has been placing a significant amount of strain on nursing staff within the department.

This matter is now being taken to the Commissioner.
