The agreement was made when a majority of employees voted yes in the ballot.  The employer will now lodge the agreement in the Fair Work Commission.

Eskleigh Nurses
The ANMF is reviewing draft clauses proposed by the employer.

Japara
The ANMF is reviewing the employer’s draft agreement.

Medea Park Care Staff
The ANMF has recommenced bargaining with the employer and is awaiting a formal offer.

Toosey
The ANMF is working with the employer to draft the enterprise agreement.
