The employer has applied to the Fair Work Commission for approval of the agreement.

The ANMF is reviewing draft clauses proposed by the employer.

Japara
The employer intends to put the agreement out to ballot in December 2018 without the ANMF’s support.

Medea Park Care Staff
The ANMF has recommenced bargaining with the employer and is awaiting a formal offer.

Toosey
The ANMF is working with the employer to draft the enterprise agreement.
