Aged Care Deloraine
The employer has applied to the Fair Work Commission for approval of the agreement.

Eskleigh Nurses
ANMF supports the employer’s offer in principle.  The employer is updating its draft agreement.

Japara
Employees did not approve the proposed agreement at ballot.  The ANMF will continue to bargain with the employer.

Medea Park Care Staff
The ANMF has recommenced bargaining with the employer and is awaiting a formal offer.

Toosey
The employer has accepted the ANMF’s draft agreement and will begin the ballot process shortly.
