The ANMF conducted a members meeting on 5 February 2019, to discuss concerns previously raised by members regarding roster following a Change Proposal that was sent out by the Tasmanian Health Service. Members remain concerned with the inequitable sharing of weekend shifts and rostering of one single day off that provides challenges for unbalanced work life balance and fatigue. The ANMF encourage members to contact their local Organiser to discuss any concerns regarding their individual roster.
