ANMF members in the Department of Psychiatry (DoP) at the Royal Hobart Hospital attended a members meeting on site on Friday, February 1 to discuss ongoing workload concerns. This meeting proved very valuable and will serve as a great precursor to the upcoming response to the Establishment of Mental Health Hospital in the forthcoming Home Unit change proposal. ANMF will endeavor to meet with members again soon to continue to monitor and manage workplace issues.
