The ANMF attended a member meeting on site at Risdon Prison facility on Monday 6 May to allow members to review the written response of management to our letter sent 29 March. The ensuing conversation was robust and constructive with members putting forward several promising suggestions to remedy current workload issues not only at Risdon but within the Hobart Reception Centre also. ANMF have arranged to meet Correctional Primary Health Service (CPHS) management Thursday 16 May to advance this matter and look forward to providing members with the outcomes of this meeting.
