Several managers have expressed concern about delays in the recruitment processes attributed to the addition of a statewide employment review process. The ANMF has written to both the Minister for Health and the Secretary of the Department of Health requesting an urgent review of the process including giving serious consideration to the abolition of the statewide employment review committee. A response has not yet been received. ANMF is following up with Minister’s office.
