Following 7 months of meetings and negotiations between ANMF officials and Tasmanian Health Service (THS) senior nursing management to address the significant workload concerns of our members on Ward 5A, the ANMF advise that we have received correspondence from THS agreeing to appoint a Clinical Coach position on the ward for a fixed term period of 6 months. The ANMF will be attending a meeting with THS senior nursing management on Thursday 30 May to discuss the position in more detail and will provide a report back via a member meeting.
