Ward 5A
The ANMF met with management at the LGH on 30 May 2019, to discuss the Step 2 Workload Grievance. As a result of this meeting, the ANMF have been able to progress several concerns on behalf of members. On Thursday 13 June, the ANMF will meet with 5A members to discuss the outcomes from the meeting.

Transition to Practice
The ANMF attended the Transition to Practice (TtP) nursing day at the LGH on Friday 7 June. ANMF Organisers took the opportunity to speak with the group about what being a member means. They spoke to the benefits of being part of a professional body that not only provides advice and support, but professional indemnity insurance and a huge range of member only offers. The ANMF are grateful for the opportunity to welcome new graduates to the nursing profession.

LGH Operating Room Suite (ORS)
The ANMF will be meeting with members at LGH ORS to discuss developments in the outstanding grievance. The ANMF have had further consultation with Tasmanian Health Service management and will be discussing options that have been put forward at an upcoming members meeting.
