ANMF Organiser, Noni Morse attended the Tasmanian Health Service’s Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) to raise concerns about the sustainability of services given the current reliance on agency staff. The Executive Director was asked what business continuity planning was in place to deal with the imminent nursing shortage. He has taken the question on notice. The ANMF look forward to receiving a response and will communicate this with members once received.
