Members met on 20 June 2019 with ANMF Organisers Noni Morse and Phoebe Mansell, and Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), Jill McCarthy. Members agreed to proceed with Step 1. A meeting was held with the NUM on 11 July 2019 to discuss progress with interim solutions. It was agreed to escalate to a Step 2 Grievance. The ANMF has written to the acting Director of Nursing to arrange a specialist panel
