Statewide ANMF visits
The ANMF’s Communication and Member Engagement Officer, Mandy Clark has once again been out and about visiting members at their worksites and hosting morning teas for staff. This fortnight Mandy called into Beaconsfield District Health Service and George Town District Hospital and Community Health Centre. At these sites, Mandy was lucky enough to meet a lovely bunch of staff on shift. She is looking forward to returning to these locations in the coming months.
Mandy also visited members at Huon Regional Care (HRC) facilities, Franklin, Dover, and Tasman over the past week. During this time, she had further discussions with members about the ongoing enterprise agreement. The ANMF would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the staff at HRC for the strength that they have shown through the bargaining process. Members have been prepared to stand tall and rally together to achieve the best outcome. An outcome that they deserve for the dedicated care that they provide to their employer and the elderly.
If you would like to arrange a visit from Mandy, please contact the ANMF Member Support Team via email membersupport@anmftas.org.au.
