We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.

Australian Red Blood Cross Service
The next negotiation is scheduled for Thursday 28 of November.  A membership update will be provided shortly after this date.

Bolton Clark
The ANMF met with the employer on 15 October 2019.  The employer refused to make any financial improvements to the offer rejected by members at ballot.  The ANMF has requested more detailed financial information, and will meet with the employer again in November 2019.

Calvary Health Care Tasmania
The ANMF is meeting with members at St Vincent’s and St Luke’s this week to discuss the employer’s offer.  Peter McBeath (organiser) has made several visits to both Lenah Valley and St Johns.  The next bargaining meeting is scheduled for 4 December 2019.

Masonic Care Tasmania
The ANMF met with the employer on 15 October 2019.  The employer committed to extending paid parental leave to non-nursing employees in the south, and to align redundancy provisions across the state.  The employer did not agree to increase personal leave for non-nursing members in the south, and has not yet made a wage offer.

Regional Imaging
The ANMF has sent the endorsed log of claims to the employer.

Respect Aged Care
The ANMF has sent the endorsed log of claims to the employer.  The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) is awaiting a response from the employer in relation to a wage offer. Once an offer is received membership meetings will be scheduled. Please keep an eye on your emails for updates.

Southern Cross Care
The ANMF has sent the endorsed log of claims to the employer.  The employer has applied for a multi-enterprise agreement (as they did last time) covering SCC and Mary’s Grange.

Uniting AgeWell
The Fair Work Commission has approved the agreement.

Huon Regional Care (HRC) – Non-Nurses
The Fair Work Commission has granted an application for the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation to hold a Protected Action Ballot.  Members are asked to answer ‘yes’ to all questions on the ballot paper.  The ballot is overseen by the Australian Electoral Commission and it is essential that you post your response to ensure it arrives at the Commission before the ballot closes. The Ballot will commence from 29 November and closes 20 December.  Fill the ballot paper in and send it straight back.

Hobart Clinic
The ANMF has asked the employer to improve its wage offer.

Salvation Army Barrington Lodge
The ANMF have received notification from Barrington Lodge that they will be in contact next week to re-commence bargaining.

South Eastern Community Care
The ANMF will meet with members in the coming weeks to discuss the employer’s offer.

Eskleigh Nurses
The employer is reviewing its offer following the change in management.

Medea Park
ANMF members have agreed to accept the employer’s wage offer.  The ANMF is continuing to discuss employment conditions with the employer.

Toosey
The agreement was made when a majority of employees approved it at ballot however, the employer is yet to register the Agreement with the Fair Work Commission. The ANMF are following this matter up again with the employer.

The Eye Hospital
The ANMF has asked the employer to improve its offer.

May Shaw
The ANMF is reviewing the employer’s revised draft agreements.

Healthe Care North West Private Hospital
The Fair Work Commission has approved the agreement.

Melaleuca
The employer has agreed to meet again in the coming weeks to discuss its offer.
