Calvary

An Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) meeting was held on 1 November 2019, with the ANMF, Calvary management and an independent negotiator present.

An offer was put to forward to members following the meeting. The ANMF are now assessing the Calvary Log of Claims before scheduling further meetings later this month to discuss the offer put forward. Members will be notified details for this meeting shortly.

The next EBA meeting with the ANMF, Calvary management and the independent negotiator will be in early December. Workplace and members are encouraged to attend this meeting, with dates and details to come.

Hobart Private Maternity Unit

The ANMF met with Members on 7 November 2019 to continue to follow up on staffing and workload issues raised during a meeting in September 2019.

During the meeting, Members reported that management had responded positively and constructively to their concerns. The ANMF will be holding meetings to follow up with members to ensure adequate outcomes are reached. Details to follow.

South East Community Care

The ANMF will meet Members at the staff room in Sorell on 14 November 2019 to discuss ongoing EBA negotiations. The ANMF are seeking feedback from members to determine if any action is required in response to the South East Community Care Log of Claims.

Cancer Council

EBA negotiations have commenced, with the ANMF scheduling meetings with Members soon to gain their feedback, concerns and input.
