The Eye Hospital

On Friday 6 December 2019 the ANMF meet with Eye Hospital members to discuss a further counter offer to provide to Cura regarding their enterprise agreement. The counter offer consists of a staged introduction of an afternoon shift penalty and agreement around the employers 12.5% wage offer over 3 years with a trade-off offered around study days to meet the employer’s productivity demands. The ANMF have now corresponded with the Cura bargaining representative and are awaiting response. Further updates to be provided shortly.
