Barrington Lodge

The ANMF held a Member Meeting at Barrington Lodge on Tuesday 4 February 2020 to examine matters relating to their Enterprise Agreement. The next Enterprise Bargaining process will be commencing soon and the ANMF are keen to ensure a better wage offer than the 2.1% on the table, as well as improved conditions for members.

Huon Regional Care

The Nurses Enterprise Agreement at Huon Regional Care has now been approved by the Fair Work Commission. A newsflash was sent to members working at the site to advise them of the approval and process moving forward. The ANMF will also be seeking member feedback via site visits and emails in regard to the Agreement process. Southern Cross Care Tasmania Inc. and Mary’s Grange

Permission has been given by the Fair Work Commission for Southern Cross Care to bargain for a combined Southern Cross Care and Mary’s Grange Enterprise Agreement. Member feedback confirms the endorsed Log of Claims from August 2019. A preliminary meeting will be held on Thursday 6 February 2020.  The ANMF will be attending morning and afternoon teas at sites with new aged care organiser, Jane Campbell, to introduce her to members, we hope to see you there.
