We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.

Masonic Care Tasmania
MCT are refusing to commit to a wage offer prior to the expiry of the existing enterprise agreement.  ANMF are considering what action can be taken in the Fair Work Commission to facilitate continued bargaining.

Calvary
It is anticipated that the first bargaining meeting for a new Agreement at Calvary Health Care Tasmania, will be held in early February in Hobart.  Further details will be circulated when available.

Southern Cross Care
Negotiations for a new agreement will commence in February.  The log of claims has been endorsed by members. The ANMF are writing to the employer to determine if workplace representatives will be paid to attend the negotiations.

South East Community Care
Members were disappointed with the revised wage offer from the employer and ANMF have written seeking a 3% wage increase moving forward.

Medea Park Nurses
ANMF still waiting for ballot dates and access period.  Draft agreements have not been provided.

Eye Hospital
ANMF still waiting for proposed enterprise agreement incorporating agreed terms.

May Shaw
Impasse in bargaining.  May Shaw indicated putting the existing agreement to ballot on the 17th of February 2020 with the voting period closing on the 26th of February 2020.

Aged Care Deloraine
The Aged Care Deloraine Enterprise Agreement 2019 has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission. The ANMF are currently preparing the F18.

Melaleuca Home for the Aged
The employer proposes to put the proposed enterprise agreement to ballot.  The
ANMF has requested a copy of the proposed enterprise agreement for review.

Tandara Lodge
First bargaining meeting with employer is to be held late March or early April 2020.
