The agreement has now been lodged with the Fair Work Commission. The ANMF will lodge the required F18 form which will detail any concerns that we might have with the agreement in respect to clauses that could be less beneficial than the Nurses Award. This will ensure that the agreement is better off overall. Further updates on the Fair Work process will be provided via subsequent eNews updates.

The ANMF are still waiting on a draft agreement for comment. Once in receipt of the agreement, the ANMF will provide members will a progress update via a Newsflash.

Medea Park

Medea Park was supposed to be a ‘roll over’ agreement, but the last draft has a number of changes that have not been negotiated or agreed to by the ANMF.  The ANMF corresponded with Medea Parks Bargaining Representative requesting that this late changes be removed. The ANMF are now writing to the Representative to raise member concerns. Once the matters are resolved the Agreement will be distributed for a vote. The ANMF will provide further updates via Newsflash updates.
