Launceston General Hospital
Ward 4D
The ANMF have advised members working on Ward 4D that, following consultation with members via email, the longstanding Workload Grievance has been resolved. Whilst we understand that there may be additional workload concerns that members would like the ANMF to raise on their behalf, the original Grievance relating to the flexing of ward beds has now been resolved. Launceston Community Nursing Service
The ANMF recently met with Primary Health management to discuss the proposed trial to finalise member concerns prior to commencing a trial of the staffing model for Launceston Community Nursing Service. Following this meeting, the ANMF now have a clearer understanding of how the trial will proceed. We will now be consulting with members on the process for trial implementation. Details regarding this consultation process will be sent via email shortly.
Updates correct as at 25 June 2020.
