Launceston General Hospital
Crisis Assessment Triage Team
The ANMF have scheduled a meeting with Crisis Assessment Triage Team (CATT) members for Wednesday 15 July 2020 at 3.15pm. The ANMF will discuss industrial and professional issues with members during this time, we encourage members working in this space to attend the meeting.
Operating Room Suite
The ANMF will attend a meeting on 15 July 2020, with Tasmanian Health Service management to discuss the current Night Duty ANUM and Scrub Scout role. The ANMF will have further advice for members following this meeting.
Ward 40/B
The ANMF sent an email to members detailing the 12 May 2020, meeting with Tasmanian Health Service regarding the 40/B workload grievance. The ANMF is in the process of correlating member feedback to this email. We will schedule a meeting with members shortly to discuss a process forward for this grievance. Further updates to follow via email.
Launceston Community Nursing Service
The ANMF survey regarding the proposal to trial a new staffing model for the Launceston Community Nursing Service has now closed. Members have endorsed the model to go to trial. The ANMF will work with members to ensure that any concerns that may arise out of the trial are addressed through the ongoing working group. Further updates to follow via email and in the workplace.
