We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.

Calvary
The ANMF attended Calvary Lenah Valley on Monday 3 August 2020, to update members on the current Enterprise Bargaining Agreement process. The ANMF has since received correspondence from Calvary representatives and will notify members once we have a date for the next bargaining meeting. ANMF anticipate that a further bargaining meeting to be held in the next couple of weeks.

Lifeblood
The ANMF note that the finalised Lifeblood Enterprise Agreement has been approved by Fair Work.

Masonic Care Tasmania
The ANMF have responded to Masonic Care Tasmania on behalf of members regarding their wage offer and conditions outlined in the Enterprise Agreement. The ANMF are awaiting a further response from Masonic Care management and will consult with members following receipt of this correspondence.

Hobart Private
ANMF officials are currently in discussion with Healthscope representatives in relation to progressing the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement process in the absence of meetings until September. We will provide a member update once further information is at hand.

Hobart Day Surgery
The ANMF remain involved in reviewing the final draft Agreement. The ANMF will inform members once the Agreement is finalised.

District Nursing Service
The ANMF expect to finalise the Log of Claims for District Nursing Service shortly. We are currently revising the wording and clauses following feedback from members. Once the Log of Claims is finalised it will be presented to District Nursing Services management as a basis to inform negotiations.

South Eastern Community Care.
The ANMF met with members on Thursday 13 August 2020, to update them on the progress of the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement process. We are still awaiting the final draft Agreement from Quartz Consulting before ballot arrangements can be made. 

Christian Homes, Hawthorn Village, Queen Victoria Care
Snow and wintery conditions were not going to stop the ANMF from recently visiting members at Christian Homes in Snug, Hawthorn Village in Blackmans Bay, and Queen Victoria Care in Lindisfarne. During these meetings the Logs of Claims for these workplaces were endorsed by members.

Freemasons
The ANMF met with ECA members on 7 August 2020, to consult regarding changes resulting from correspondence about roster issues, staff meeting and workloads. Members indicated that following ANMF advocacy, some of the issues previously raised such as replacing absent staff, accessible rosters, and staff meetings, have been addressed.

BUPA South Hobart
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, Bupa South Hobart have decided to delay the process of negotiating a new Enterprise Agreement. The ANMF support this. Read the full update emailed to members here.

Respect
The next Enterprise Agreement negotiation meeting is scheduled on Friday 21 August 2020.

Tandara Lodge
The general staff Agreement is currently out to ballot.

Meercroft
The ANMF have received the employers counter proposal to our Log of Claims and are currently canvassing members opinion. The latest newsflash sent to members can be read here.
