North West COVID-19 Survey

The ANMF will also be lodging a submission on behalf of members to represent your collective voice. We are asking that you complete our quick online survey to provide your views on the terms of reference and any other key views you would like to see raised. Additionally, we welcome any statements with respect to key concerns that you would like to see included in our submission. These concerns can be direct quotes from identified or de-identified members, but we will need to include your designation and workplace, for example, EN, North West Regional Hospital.

The ANMF has circulated the survey information and access link to members with a registered email address with the ANMF. This survey can only be completed once per member. We suggest you complete it from a private computer, tablet, or smartphone. If you did not receive an email from us and believe you should have, please get in touch with our Member Support Team.

The ANMF requires your input by no later than 0800 hrs on Monday 10 August 2020.

We appreciate that this is a challenging time for all members across the North West and in addition to the support from ANMF, debriefing and counseling support is also available free to ANMF members via Nurse and Midwife Support on 1800 667 877. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact our Member Support Team on 1800 001 241. Alternatively, email membersupport@anmftas.org.au. Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, our Member Support Team is practicing social isolation and working from home. Bearing this in mind, email is the preferred and fastest way of contacting them.

Updates correct as at 3 August 2020.
