North West Regional Hospital – Operating Room Suite

The ANMF raised workload concerns of members in the Operating Theatres, including difficulties in taking meal breaks, with Tasmanian Health Service Management (THS). Initial benchmarking indicates an increase of 7 FTE is required to meet ACORN standards. Consultation meetings have been held to discuss the next steps including the development of a proposed roster and staff survey. Watch out for the survey in your inbox. Calvary Health Care Tasmania

The ANMF is still awaiting a response from Calvary Health Care Tasmania (CHCT) following our recent meeting. A response was expected by Friday 11, September. Advice will be circulated to members once a response has been provided.
