On Thursday 17 September, the ANMF appeared in the Tasmanian Industrial Commission (TIC) on behalf of members in the Launceston General Hospital Medical Ward 4D. The Commission Agreed. You can read the latest information sent to members here.

Emergency Department

On Thursday 24 September, the ANMF met with members in the Launceston General Hospital Emergency Department to discuss the current workload grievance and new benchmarking for 2020. Members endorsed the increase in Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) that was identified via the eTool Benchmarking however noted that this would not fix the workload issue associated with the current bed block.
