EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Calvary
The ANMF have now received a response to Calvary’s amended offer. Members will be notified of the offer in 2 weeks.
One Care
The first bargaining meeting will be held on 30 October 2020.
Regis
The first bargaining meeting will be held on 29 October 2020.
Southern Cross Care
Negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement will recommence shortly. The next bargaining meeting will be held on 28 October 2020.
BUPA (South Hobart)
The variation to the Bupa enterprise agreement (which rolled over the current agreement and included a pay increase for 2021) has been approved by the Fair Work Commission.
Christian Homes
The employer intends to put its proposed Agreement out to ballot without the ANMF’s in principle support.
Corumbene
The ANMF Tasmanian Branch will visit members on Monday 12 October at 230pm to consult about EBA matters and listen to members concerns.
Healthscope
The ANMF are finalising the Log of Claims for the upcoming Enterprise Bargaining process. The ANMF are keen to hear from members with matters of concern that could provide further evidence to support our claims. The first bargaining meeting will be held on 20 October 2020.
Hobart Day Surgery
The ANMF have been informed that the ballot period will open on 9 October 2020. The ANMF, our Workplace Representatives, and members worked hard earlier in the year to produce an Agreement that contains many of the change’s members requested and a fair wage offer.
Hobart District Nursing Service
The Bargaining process started on 29 September 2020. Hobart District Nurses have improved their wage offer. Members have considered this offer and are awaiting further information from the employer regarding the Workloads Clause prior to the next bargaining meeting.
Lifeblood (ARCBS)
Members are not satisfied with their recently ratified Agreement as they feel it favoured Victorian members in a number of ways. Members are seeing productivity increasing at Lifeblood and changes of concern that are worrying to them. ANMF encourage members to notify our Member Support Team by email with their concerns, and further consultation meetings will be held.
Menarock The Gardens
The ANMF are visited Menarock The Gardens on Wednesday 14 October to discuss their Enterprise Agreement and consult with members on a number of other matters.
South Eastern Community Care
The ballot for the employer’s proposed Agreement opens on 16 October 2020. ANMF members have resolved to vote no.
Eskleigh Nurses
The Enterprise agreement is going to ballot on 13 October 2020.
Melaleuca
Bargaining for a new Enterprise Agreement is to re-commence 26 October 2020.
Respect Group
The ANMF are waiting on the employer to provide a final version of Agreement prior to commencement of the access period and ballot.
Tandara Lodge – General Staff
Listed for hearing on Friday 16 October 2020 to clarify some matters with the employer.
