Private Sector Updates – North

Calvary St Vincent’s

The ANMF has held a series of meetings with members at Calvary St Vincent’s in recent months to better understand their workplace issues. Members have raised that they are frequently working understaffed, on overtime, and/or required to work double shifts. In addition, unreasonable workloads have been given to staff across the organisation. The ANMF has issued Workload Forms to members at Calvary St Vincent’s to capture data on these problems. We welcome members to meet with us this month to commence discussions and identify solutions to these issues. Please keep an eye out for more information via email.

Updates correct as at 7 January 2021.
