On 7 May 2021, the ANMF held a member meeting. Members raised several concerns relevant to Enterprise Agreement negotiations, including workload issues. The ANMF has developed an electronic workload form for our members to record concerns. Have your say by completing the survey here.

OneCare

Umina Park and Rubicon Grove

ANMF North West Organiser, Annette Beechey attended meetings with nurses at both OneCare sites to discuss progress of the Enterprise Agreement for Nurses. Care staff are reminded that negotiation for a new Enterprise Agreement for general staff commences soon. Don’t forget to have your say.  Keep an eye out for further ANMF updates for this process.

Masonic Care

Tasmania Northern Campuses

The ANMF directed correspondence to the facility manager of Masonic Care Tasmania (MCT) on behalf of members at both Peace Haven and Fred French facilities. When the ANMF receives correspondence from MCT, it will be taken to members for their feedback at upcoming member meetings.

May Shaw Scottsdale

The ANMF received correspondence from CEO Fiona in response to the letter sent on behalf of members. this correspondence will be discussed at our upcoming member meeting on 28 May.

Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT)

Glenara Lakes, Ainslie Low Head, Mount Esk etc.

The ANMF has sent correspondence to the Southern Cross Care Tasmania board outlining concerns with the decision-making of the current acting CEO that has resulted in a high turn over of facility managers across the state.
