EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Masonic
The ANMF will meet with the employer to continue the bargaining process on 20 July 2021.
May Shaw Nurses
The ANMF has asked for an urgent bargaining meeting and is awaiting a response from the employer.
OneCare General Staff
The ANMF presented its log of claims at the first bargaining meeting on 10 June 2021. The employer will respond to the ANMF’s claims at the next meeting, which has been scheduled for 14 July 2021.
OneCare Nurses
The employer will send the final draft to the ANMF for review on 18 June 2021.
Regis
The ANMF has asked the employer to schedule a bargaining meeting urgently.
Southern Cross Care Tasmania (SCCT)
The Enterprise Agreement meeting scheduled for 26 May was cancelled at very late notice. SCCT intend drafting the new agreement on their own, despite ANMF continually offering to assist with this in order to expedite the process. No new meeting date set yet.
Christian Homes Tasmania
The employer is seeking to discontinue negotiations for a separate nurses Agreement and to begin bargaining for a combined Nursing and General Staff Agreement. The employer has committed to administratively increase nurse wages by 2% backpaid to July 2020. The ANMF is meeting with members to discuss their options.
Glenview Nurses
The ANMF is meeting with members to endorse the Log of Claims.
Healthscope
The employer intends to put the agreement out to ballot shortly without the ANMF’s in principle agreement.
Menarock
The ANMF is meeting with members to discuss the employer’s latest offer.
Queen Victoria Homes
The employer will respond to the ANMF’s request to bargain on 11 June 2021.
Respect, Wellington Views
The ANMF has met with management to discuss ongoing member concerns at Wellington Views about the Agreement, a member meeting will be included in our Roadshow at the end of June.
Barrington Lodge
The ANMF has surveyed members to consult their view on a 12-month rollover wage offer or to commence EBA negotiations. Survey ends on 14 June.
Freemasons MCT
The ANMF met with members and management in late May. Members were able to discuss recruitment, staffing and many other issues. The ANMF will visit Freemasons MCT in late June as part of our Roadshow and to consult regarding progress in the matters discussed.
Huon Regional Care
The ANMF will visit members soon to discuss any concerns about the Huon Regional Cares plans to change the roster.
