Healthscope

Healthscope has distributed a draft agreement to staff for consideration prior to a ballot. The ballot voting period will commence at 9 am on 28 June 2021 and end at 12 Midnight on 2 July 2021.

The ANMF has developed an online workload form for members to submit to the ANMF with the view to presenting the information at the Workload Consultative Committee when it is held. The online workload form can be saved onto your Iphone for ease of use (unfortunately it currently will not work on an android phone). Please keep a look out for this and send any workload issues in.

Calvary

Lenah Valley and St. John’s

ANMF members have been sent an online version of the ANMF workload form to complete if they have workload issues. The Workload Consultative Committee meeting will be held on June 30 at 1230 hours. Members are encouraged to attend. The meeting will be held at both sites in person or online. Please contact the ANMF or your organiser if you would like to attend.

TasIVF

A member meeting has been booked for Friday July 9 from 1330-1420pm. to discuss the upcoming EA negotiations.  All members are welcome and anyone wanting to join the ANMF is also encouraged to attend. The meeting is to discuss what members would like to have included in the log of claims.

HealtheCare North West Private Hospital

ANMF officials met with members working at the NWPH on 10 June 2021 to discuss workload concerns. The ANMF have now written to management, raising various workload concerns and seeking clarity regarding the application of Hours per Patient Day workload tool. On receipt of a response from management ANMF will schedule a meeting with members to discuss the progress of their concerns. The ANMF will continue to support and advocate on behalf of our members working at the NWPH.

Eskleigh

The ANMF has been made aware that casual employees at Eskleigh are reportedly not receiving the casual rates for Saturdays and Sundays as stipulated in the Eskleigh Foundation Inc Nursing Agreement 2019. If you believe this impacts you, and you are being paid incorrectly, please do not hesitate to contact our Member Support Team for assistance.

Updates correct as at 24 June 2021.
