Maternity ward

A workplace survey has been sent to members. The results are currently being collated. The ANMF will be walking round the tea rooms to visit members (date TBA, a flyer will be distributed via email). Please keep an eye out for your ANMF Organiser, Jane Pond and say hello.

Hobart Private and St Helens Hospitals

An Enterprise Agreement (EA) meeting via zoom is scheduled on 16 September 2021 from 1400-1600hrs. If members would like to attend, please contact ANMF Organiser, Jane Pond for a calendar invite to be forwarded to them, or members can attend at the Hobart ANMF office. Please continue to fill in the ANMF Workload Survey as your input is invaluable for the ANMF to continue with putting your concerns forward during the bargaining process.

Family Planning Tasmania

Your Log of Claims has been lodged with the employer. An EA bargaining meeting was held on 1 September 2021.

Eskleigh

Nurses have advised that there have been instances where the correct penalties have not applied when recalled to work. Carers have also advised that they are not receiving the correct wage in line with a 1 July 2021 wage increase. If you believe this impacts you, please contact our Member Support Team via email.
