Staff profile: James King, ANMF Southern Organiser
Today’s health systems are made of skilled, multi generational, and culturally diverse work forces, and you all share a common goal. That goal is to provide the best patient care experience in a positive work environment and the best way to accomplish that goal is with teamwork. This is the focus of our new campaign, #OnYourTeam
Initiation into a nursing career was a happy accident for James as it came as a result of several suggestions from friends and family.
Whilst he enjoyed his time at Uni, the penny didn’t drop on how to work hard and efficiently until he hit the ground as a Graduate.
His employment at the ANMF was timely as he was yearning for a sea-change from Oncology and direct-care nursing.
Updates correct as at 22 November 2021.
