We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Calvary Home Care
The ANMF has again written to the employer requesting the commencement of bargaining. No response has been received.
Family Planning Tasmania
The enterprise agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission.
Baptcare Karingal
The ANMF has requested a bargaining meeting. The Employer has agreed in principle however no dates have yet been set.
Medea Park Nurses
Your employer has made wages offer if 1.3% which was the same wage offer that recently went to ballot which was overwhelmingly rejected by nurses.
Medea Park General Staff
Your employer has made wages offer of 2% to be back paid to 1 July 2021.
Aged Care Deloraine
The parties have agreed to re-commence bargaining after the existing agreement was rolled over in 2021 with a 2.5 % wage increase. The first bargaining meeting is to be held on Thursday 17 March 2021.
Eskleigh Nurses
Your employer has responded to Log of Claims (LoC). The ANMF has written to the employer and replied to the majority of claims following a member meeting.
Launceston Church Grammar School
The enterprise agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission. Negotiations for the next enterprise agreement will commence mid-year.
North West Private Hospital
The ANMF has presented the Log of Claims (LoC). The employer has indicated that a response will be provided on Tuesday 8 March 2022.
Wynyard Care Centre
The ANMF has been writing to the employer for over 12 months requesting the commencement of bargaining. The employer continues to fail to respond, clearly they do not realise the importance and value of their employees.
Melaleuca Nurses
The employer has raised concern that the voting procedure was interfered with. The ANMF has written to the employer requesting the recommencement of bargaining. No response has been received.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF has written to the employer requesting the re- commencement of bargaining after a rollover agreement in 2021. No response has been received from the employer, clearly they do not realise the importance and value of their employees.
