Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA)

The first Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) meeting was held via Zoom on Tuesday 15 February 2022 where the ANMF Log of Claims (LoC) was presented. Your employer has indicated that they will respond to the LoC by Tuesday 8 March 2022.  The ANMF will be onsite and via Zoom on Tuesday 15 March 2022 at 1400hrs to seek members direction. Huon Ward

The ANMF has convened a meeting onsite and via Zoom on Thursday 10 March 2022 to discuss the HealtheCare management of workload and patient safety concerns. Keep an eye out for the invite and Zoom link.

Healthscope Hobart Private and St Helen’s Hospitals

The Enterprise Agreement (EA) ballot result has been determined and 79.59% voted Yes. Healthscope will be lodging the EA with the Fair Work Ombudsman. The ANMF has notified Healthscope that it is keen to start the Workload Consultative monthly meeting as soon as possible to work towards addressing the workload concerns of members. The ANMF will be advising members regarding the next steps in further communications.

TasIVF/Hobart Specialist Day Hospital

The ANMF has been sent the draft agreement of the EA by TasIVF. We will review the document and organise a meeting to talk to members about the draft and whether it is endorsed to go out to ballot. The ANMF has requested an answer from TasIVF for as to why they are not undertaking fit testing in Tasmania and has been notified that there will be a reply soon.
