The proposal outlines the short-term implementation of 12-hour shifts as an interim safe staffing strategy to support the Pandemic response. The ANMF is currently waiting on the THS to advise whether they intend to proceed with the Proposal, if so, member meetings will be convened to provide advice to members of their entitlements should they elect to move to 12-hour shifts.  In the meantime, if you have questions or concerns, please contact our Member Support Team via email at membersupport@anmftas.org.au
