North West Regional Hospital (NWRH)

Emergency Department (ED)

The ANMF, on behalf of members in the Emergency Department raised a Step 1 workload grievance on Wednesday 18 May 2022. A response has been received, once reviewed a member meeting will be held seek members direction regarding next steps. Watch for the invite in your inbox.

Rosebery Community Health Centre

ANMF officials attended the Tasmanian Industrial Commission (TIC) on behalf of members working at the Rosebery Community Health Centre and their ongoing service delivery concerns. The ANMF was able to confirm that the Tasmanian Health Service (THS) will provide a response regarding the Change Proposal and commitment to back payment of salary maintenance and ongoing by 21 June 2022. Spencer Clinic

The ANMF attended the TIC in Burnie on Wednesday 1 June 2022 on behalf of members working in the Mental Health Inpatient Unit Spencer Clinic. The ANMF has requested that the staffing matrix is provided to all staff and implemented for use within 48hrs. Additionally, we requested that the document is provided to the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC), after hours nursing manager and CCP Delegate. This was agreed by the THS.
