Calvary Health Care Tasmania
The ANMF has asked the employer to formally agree to bargain by close of business on Wednesday 9 November 2022. The ANMF is meeting with members to discuss options to progress bargaining.
Calvary Home Care T
The ANMF is reviewing the employer’s draft agreement.
Masonic Care Tasmania
Respect will manage MCT facilities from Tuesday 1 November 2022. The ANMF will negotiate with Respect for a new enterprise agreement to cover all Respect employees, including those currently working at MCT facilities.
May Shaw Nurses
The ANMF is meeting with the employer to continue bargaining on Thursday 27 October 2022.
May Shaw General Staff
The ANMF is meeting with the employer to continue bargaining on Thursday 27 October 2022.
OneCare General Staff
The employer has lodged the agreement in the Fair Work Commission for approval.
Regis
The employer intends to put its agreement out to ballot without the ANMF’s approval. The ANMF is awaiting the ballot version of the proposed agreement.

The ANMF is preparing a Log of Claims for a replacement enterprise agreement
Uniting AgeWell
The ANMF will meet the employer to continue the bargaining process on Friday 11 November 2022.
Aged Care Deloraine
The ANMF has asked the employer to meet to continue the bargaining process.
Eskleigh
The ANMF has asked the employer to meet to continue the bargaining process.
Japara
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims to the employer.
Baptcare
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims to the employer.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a Log of Claims for a replacement Enterprise Agreement.
Melaleuca
The employer is considering its position after ANMF members did not accept its proposed offer.
