  • Meetings to be scheduled at fortnightly intervals once negotiations continue after the new year. The ANMF will advise of the meeting schedule following the negotiation meeting in December 2022.
  • Meetings will be set up in themes that can be explored and negotiated individually. Whilst it was mentioned that there are numerous other public sector negotiations occurring at this time, the ANMF made it very clear that we see that as no barrier to prioritising and swiftly progressing the Nurses and Midwives negotiations. The ANMF were ready to present their LoC at bargaining on 17 November 2022, The ANMF are ready to negotiate, and it is a key priority to ensure there are no extended and unnecessary delays.
