Child Health and Parenting Service (CHaPS) Statewide Grievance

The ANMF has made progress on the CHaPS workload dispute. The first working group meeting occurred on Wednesday 23 November 2022 to review the nursing model. Several of the matters discussed at the third Step 2 Specialist Panel meeting held on Tuesday 1 November 2022 have been referred to this meeting. Click here to view the latest ANMF newsflash.

Tasmanian Nursing and Midwifery Symposium and Awards (TNMSA)

The ANMF attended the TNMSA on Friday 18 November 2022, running a trade table during the convention and sponsoring/presenting an award at the Awards gala the same evening. The ANMF is happy to report that patrons at the event showed great interest in the trade table and many fantastic conversations were had on a vast array of topics, with plentiful merchandise distributed and several new members signed up. The ANMF wish to congratulate all award winners and look forward to next year’s event.
