May Shaw Health Services
The first meeting to discuss negotiations for a replacement agreement took place on Wednesday 5 March 2025, this first meeting was to discuss how often parties are to meet. The ANMF is preparing a Log of Claims (LoC) survey which we request members to give their full attention to. If you are passionate about advocating for your fellow colleague’s workplace entitlements and would like to be a part of the negotiation team, please let your ANMF organiser know so an invitation to the meetings can be arranged. If you are a workplace delegate, then these meetings can be arranged to be in work time hours.

Baptcare Karingal
When the ANMF met with Baptcare executives in February 2025 Baptcare pushed that the offer put to members was the very best Baptcare could offer. It was noted by members that the offer had not changed and was effectively the same offer that was vote down by staff in December 2024. The ANMF has not received any further correspondence from Baptcare regarding the EA since Friday 7 February 2025, instead, Baptcare has filed for a Bargaining Declaration with the Fair Work Commissioner. The hearing is scheduled to occur this Thursday 6 March 2025. Once the hearing has concluded the ANMF will inform its members of the outcome via a newsflash and an in person with a member meeting scheduled to occur Tuesday 25 March 2025 at 1400hrs. Members will receive a notice for this meeting via text and email.
