EA Updates
We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Australian Red Cross Lifeblood
The ANMF Tasmanian and Victorian branches are contacting the Lifeblood bargaining team to set a date for the Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining to commence. Members will be notified when these meetings will occur. If any members are interested in becoming a Workplace Representative and attending the bargaining meetings, please contact Southern Organiser Jane Pond via email at Jane.Pond@anmftas.org.au.
Respect Aged Care
The ANMF is meeting with members to endorse the Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement EA.
Uniting Age Well (UAW)
Employees voted “no” to the employer’s proposed agreement. The ANMF has asked the employer to restart the bargaining process.
Regis Aged Care
Employees voted “no” to the employer’s proposed agreement. The ANMF has asked the employer to restart the bargaining process.
Calvary Home Care
The Fair Work Commission (FWC) has asked the employer to provide an undertaking to address its concerns about the agreement provision regarding hours of work for part time employees.
May Shaw Nurses
The ANMF will meet with the employer on Thursday 16 February 2023 to continue the bargaining process.

Mary Ogilvy
Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining has been pushed back to March 2023 by Mary Ogilvy management.
South Eastern Community Care
The ANMF is still awaiting a response from South Eastern Community Care to the counter-offer from members.
Aged Care Deloraine
The ANMF has asked the employer to meet to continue the bargaining process.
Eskleigh
The ANMF is awaiting the employer’s revised draft agreement.
Japara
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Eye Hospital North
The ANMF has received notice that the employer is willing to start bargaining but no date has been set. To ensure we have your LoC ready for this meeting we have asked members to complete a survey by 0900hrs on Tuesday 14 February 2023. Please ensure you have your say by completing the survey.
Baptcare
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a LoC for a replacement Enterprise Agreement.
Melaleuca Home for the Aged
The next bargaining meeting will be held on Tuesday 7 March 2023.
