Private Sector Updates – North

Calvary Health Care Tasmania

The ANMF understands that workload grievances continue at the St Vincent campus. The ANMF has raised members concerns with the executive team via letters on four separate occasions, to date Calvary management have repeatedly rejected the ANMF’s request to respond to your concerns in writing. Calvary have stated they will respond to workload concerns via the “Workload Consultative Committee” where they have reiterated the minutes of this meeting will reflect their response. Despite asking, again, for the minutes of the December 2022 meeting the ANMF has not received any correspondence from Calvary. While this is very frustrating, we remain committed to raising workload grievances on behalf of our members and we will be lodging a dispute with the Fair Work Commission (FWC).

Updates correct as at 22 February 2023.
