Calvary Health Care Tasmania Nurses
The employer’s response to the ANMF Log of Claims (LoC), on behalf of members, was received on Friday 3 March 2023. Please click the link below for the latest Enterprise Agreement (EA) update and the employers response. Read the full update.

The most recent bargaining meeting with Calvary management was held on Wednesday 8 March 2023. Members will be updated shortly. If any members would like information on becoming a delegate to attend future EA meetings, please contact Organiser, Jane Pond via email at Jane.Pond@anmftas.org.au.

May Shaw Nurses
The ANMF will meet with the employer on 16 March 2023 to continue the bargaining process.

May Shaw General Staff
The ANMF will meet with the employer on 16 March 2023 to continue the bargaining process.

Regis Aged Care
Employees voted ‘NO’ to the employer’s proposed agreement. The ANMF has asked the employer to restart the bargaining process.

Respect Aged Care
The ANMF is meeting with members to endorse the LoC for a replacement EA.

Uniting AgeWell
The employer has suspended the ballot process and met with the ANMF to continue the bargaining process on 28 February and 6 March 2023. The next bargaining meeting will be held today. The ANMF recently conducted a survey to ascertain if members wished to pursue an application for a Protected Action Ballot. Read the full update.

Calvary St John’s and Lenah Valley
Following ANMF member meetings regarding Calvary’s Log of Claims (LoC) response, a survey is being sent to all ANMF Calvary nurses and midwives regarding members views on an application for a Protected Action Ballot. Read the full update.

Corumbene Nursing Home
On Monday 6 March 2023, the ANMF met with members and the Log of Claims (LoC) was endorsed. The first Enterprise Agreement (EA) meeting was held on Tuesday 7 March 2023. The ANMF presented the LoC at the meeting. Corumbene will be reading the LoC in depth and will provide a response before the next meeting, scheduled for Tuesday 21 March 2023 at 1000hrs.

Salvation Army Barrington Lodge
The ANMF is awaiting the Salvation Army invite to commence bargaining. This has been agreed to commence in March 2023.

Mary Ogilvy
Bargaining for a new agreement is now due to commence, as agreed by Mary Ogilvy senior management. Keep an eye out for updates.

South Eastern Community Care (SECC)
The ANMF has approached Quartz Consulting (QC) to recommence bargaining. The ANMF is awaiting a response from SECC and QC to our counter offer.

Calvary St Vincent’s and St Lukes
Calvary Health Care Tasmania met with the ANMF on Wednesday 8 March 2023. During the meeting, the ANMF voiced to Calvary that they will continue to lose valuable and experienced staff if they do not offer better conditions of employment. An internal survey of members will happen this week. Read the full update.

Aged Care Deloraine
ANMF members have updated their Log of Claims (LoC) for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).

Eskleigh Foundation
The ANMF is awaiting the employer’s revised draft agreement.

Japara
The ANMF has sent the endorsed LoC to the employer.

Baptcare
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.

Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a LoC for a replacement Enterprise Agreement (EA).

Melaleuca Home for the Aged
The next bargaining meeting will be held on Tuesday 20 June 2023.

Meercroft Home for the Aged
The ANMF met with Meercroft members to endorse the LoC for the upcoming EA. Members will be kept up to date via a newsflash and meetings as the bargaining proceeds.
