We are frequently updating information regarding enterprise agreements from private and aged care sites across Tasmania so our members can stay informed.
Calvary Health Care Tasmania Nursing Enterprise Agreement
The ANMF has received Calvary Health Care Tasmania’s (CHCT) response. It is very disappointing. CHCT continue to ignore the effort and dedication of their staff. As outlined in the newsflash here, CHCT have rejected the majority of member claims. The next bargaining meeting is scheduled on Monday 3 April 2023.
Uniting AgeWell
The ANMF has held member meetings regarding Uniting AgeWell (UAW) sending the draft Enterprise Agreement (EA) out to ballot. See EA Update 6 here. The ANMF is advising members to vote NO. Voting is open from 0900hrs on Wednesday 22 March 2023 to 1600hrs on Wednesday 29 March 2023.
May Shaw Health Centre – Scottsdale and Swansea
The EA bargaining meeting was held on Thursday 16 March 2023. May Shaw have indicated they will be presenting the wage offer at the next bargaining meeting which is scheduled for Thursday 30 March 2023. The ANMF is holding a member meeting on Monday 27 March 2023 for Swansea members.
Regis Aged Care
The ANMF will meet with the employer on Thursday 30 March 2023 to continue the bargaining process.
Respect Aged Care
The ANMF is meeting with members to endorse the Log of Claims for a replacement EA.
Corumbene Nursing Home
The Enterprise Agreement (EA) meeting scheduled for Tuesday 21 March 2023 has been rescheduled. Time and date to be confirmed.
Calvary Community Care Non-Nurses
The ANMF can confirm the Fair Work Commission (FWC) has approved the Calvary Home Care Services Ltd Support Worker and Administrative & Operational Employees (TAS) Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Aged Care Deloraine
ANMF members have updated their Log of Claims for a replacement EA.
Eskleigh Foundation
The ANMF is awaiting the employer’s revised draft Agreement.
Japara (Calvary)
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Melaleuca Home for the Aged
The ANMF met with Melaleuca management and bargaining representatives to continue negotiations for the nurses Enterprise Agreement (EA). The next meeting has been delayed until Tuesday 20th June 2023. The ANMF will be onsite on Tuesday 4 April 2023 at 1430hrs to answer enquiries that members may have. We hope to see you there.
Baptcare
The ANMF has sent the endorsed Log of Claims (LoC) to the employer.
Emmerton Park
The ANMF is preparing a LoC for a replacement EA.
