North West Regional Hospital (NWRH)

Spencer Clinic

The ANMF met with members at the NWRHl Spencer Clinic. Concerns raised including benchmarking data accuracy, recruitment, and the fact that the matrix document, currently used to baseline roster, is not always followed. Operating Suite

The ANMF met with members at the NWRH Operating Suite on Friday 10 March 2023, to discuss workload concerns, including safe staffing after hours and weekends. The ANMF is in the process of preparing a formal notification of these concerns to management is in process.

New North West Member Engagement Officer

The ANMF are pleased to welcome our new Member Engagement Officer, Harry Mittal to the North West team. Harry has been busy at the NWRH, meeting Workplace Representatives and members. Be sure to say hello if you see him in your worksite. Harry has plans to visit as many sites as he can in the near future.
